A mother and daughter are sitting in a diner. It is morning and the daughter is looking at the menu.

M- Why are you looking at that we come her everyday.
D- I don't know, just thinkin about mixing things up.
M- Ha,well its Tuesday and it's danish day so, why mix things up when you have danishes?
D- Tis true, no more mixing things up. Maybe tomorrow.
M- Great, something to look forward to. Now where is the coffee!
D- I think it is time to aggressive.
M- Hey waiter boy, come come.
M/D- Coffee.
Sipping sounds
D- Aright i have to go to school now.
M- No
D- K I'll stay.
M- I have to go to work.
D- No
M- Okay. We'll stand up on the count of three.
Silence for a few minutes
D- Why are you not counting?
M- Because then we have to get up, and if i never start counting then we never have to get up.
D- Ahhhhh, i like your thinking.

  1. Action: They want coffee and don't want to go to work/ school.

Conflict: Have to go to school/work

Event: They get there coffee but they are preventing each other to go to school/work.

Changes: Have more of a conflict. Maybe they cant get there coffee or something like that, with a more clear event. Do they get that thing they want or not.
